Description
The VMH4 with the UXO search coil VS30 was specifically developed for the professional detection of larger metal objects such as submunition and grenades. It is the ideal work tool for humanitarian and military battle area clearance (BAC) in den application area of submunition and UXO detection in soils polluted with metal clutter.
The particular UXO mode can be activated within the internal webserver. This is supported by a reduced sensitivity in order to fade out smaller objects such as metal fragments. In addition a FE mode enables the acoustic differentiation between ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
New features such as the integrated web server and GNSS simplify planning and monitoring of large-scale battle area clearance projects. The VMH4 is suited for all soils and shallow waters.
This detector is also available with the larger UXO search coil VS60 with a diameter of 60 cm.
The combination of mechanical durability, intuitive operation and maximum detection sensitivity leave the user nothing to be desired. Getting started just requires adjusting the length of the telescoping bar.
Another special feature of this new detector generation is that rechargeable batteries can also be charged right in the device, either with a 110 – 240 V/50 – 60 Hz AC adapter or on a 10 – 30 V vehicle on-board power supply.
The VMH4 metal detector is also available as VMH4L. It offers an increased battery operating time at a slightly higher weight by using four disposable/rechargeable batteries.
